Before PR, there was History, Politics, Diplomacy, and Business. Different disciplines, different perspectives, one lesson: understanding people is everything. It's a belief that's still at the heart of how we work today.

From international trade fairs to stakeholder management across borders, we learnt how to navigate different audiences, cultures, and conversations. It taught us how ideas travel — and how to make them land.

Years spent across specialist and integrated agencies gave us a front-row seat to the mechanics of communications. Strategy, media relations, creative thinking, and execution — learning what works, what doesn't, and what gets people talking.

Working in-house sharpened our commercial instincts. We weren't just thinking about headlines — we were responsible for business outcomes. It taught us how communications, culture, and commercial objectives need to work hand in hand.
